I bought a property which took a long time to get exchange executed due to the Vendor's solicitor who appeared not pro-active enough to overcome the cause of the delay.I had been in constant contact with Tom, Adam & my solicitor who seem to be the only pro-active ones in trying to get exchange & completion done.
Both Tom & Adam have been very helpful in expediting the process on the Vendor's end.
I thank them for seeing my predicament/urgency to exchange & complete the purchase of the property after waiting for a long period of time.

We viewed an apartment with their agent, who was fine. We gave an offer, and tried to managed a proper contract, but they didn't helped at all. They wanted sign a contract for 3 years without any break clause, in the middle of London for a pretty expensive flat. We wrote/called back and forth for around a week, when they let us know the property is rented out.
