Changed landlord mid tenancy from a lovely fellow to these people. Tried to charge us for absolutely absurd things in their inventory check, including a £100 fee for having the check done!

Took nearly two months to get the deposit back, often having emails ignored for up to 11 days. Finally got somewhere when threatening with getting in conact with the Deposit Protoection Scheme.

Would highly reccomend people to steer well clear. My partner and I have dealt with many estate agents before this and they stick out as by far the worst.
