When we first moved into our Nicholas Humphreys property we had a property manager that was unresponsive, unreliable and seemed to not care about any concerns we had. This experience made our moving period very stressful and we were not able to settle properly into our new home for months.
After this we were assigned a new property manager, Kirsty, who immediately understood our discomfort from the previous manager - she was a breath of fresh air and we finally began to settle into the property. She was great at communication, always kept us involved in anything she was doing and things started getting sorted that should have been sorted in the first few weeks of moving in.
The first couple of months in our Nicholas Humphreys property were not ideal. I am thrilled Kirsty is our property manager, but I will not be using the agency again because of our initially difficult experience. I cannot understand how our first agent was as useless as they were without the agency sorting it out sooner.
Unless Kirsty is your property manager, I would not recommend this agency. Most importantly however, I thoroughly recommend Kirsty as she is a superb agent. She is enough compensation to make up for our rocky beginning with Nicholas Humphreys.
If we were assigned to Kirsty from the get-go, this review would have a 5-star rating.

I can only speak of my experience with the property manager Shelley Williams. She is outstanding ,emails are replied on the same day. Any work reported she took the wheel and get it resolved same week and this is the best part of our tenancy.

You must have been paid money to post this review. Shelley is as useless as the rest of them. This company should be struck off the letting agency list. They are appalling at every level. They do not respond to maintenance reports, they allow landlords free access without notice, they are uncontactable, and then they keep your deposit at the end of your tenancy, stating repairs need to be completed… this will be all the repairs you will have reported.
