I would recommend Gascoigne Pees as they were very helpful and professional at every stage of the process, keeping me informed and responding to calls. We requested the flat went on Rightmove quickly to as we were keen to secure a sale on a new house. I was impressed that Phil stayed late to get this sorted for us. I chose to use Gascoigne Pees as they were also very helpful when I purchased through them as a first time buyer, so knew the service would be good.
The price achieved was less than originally valued but I believe this is due to market conditions as many properties are currently being reduced and other similar properties have not sold at all in the time mine has. Having secured the sale I am delighted that I can now move to my new house.

Comment on agent fees
Competitive fees - have not heard of any lower fees from other agents.
