These guys are smart. They are all nice and friendly right up until you move in and then they encourage you to post a positive review online, then the ridiculousness starts.
EVERY contractor they send around are the bottom line cheapest possible. This means multiple visits because the contractors are poor and always make mistakes, forget tools, forget their tape measure, cant fix it, . Meaning a simple job such as replacing a radiator valve takes weeks and means you have to take multiple days off work for something that should be simple.
This is frustrating because they are ridiculous enough to bank with COUTTS and rub this in your face on a monthly basis when you pay rent.
I know they also deduct unnecessarily from Deposits because the previous tenant and I are in touch. The previous tenant e-mail me saying JLL are charging them £200 to ''remove furniture'', JLL never removed a single bit of furniture and asked me to do it but still tried to charge the tenant.
Needless to say keep everything documented with these people.
Shame that people on a minimal wage will try to steal money from hard working people to line the pockets of multi millionaires. So strange.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
