Winkworth were very speedy to respond to any queries, or requests for things to be fixed in our house-share. I personally valued the reassurance of renting with a national, large-scale and reputable agency who follow correct procedures and perform thorough and sensible checks on new prospective tenants. The staff at the Surrey Quays office have always been friendly, polite and quick to respond - we'd never waited more than one working day for someone to come round to sort an issue.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are reasonable compared to some agency fees. It's a fair price to pay for a professional service.
