Utilised this company when moving house. From a false valuation to attempts to extract maximum fees from us. The whole experience was one we would rather forget. Pressure also applied to use their broker.

We have never sold a property in the WS14 postcode, and furthermore, never sold a property for £196,000. We work on fixed fee basis and do not have any links to a broker.

Also, we do not and have never employed a Jadine Walbrook so can only assume that you have perhaps got the wrong agent.

I'm not sure if you have the correct agent or office as we do not have any issues with our tenants who are paying rent of £850 per month, and certainly none by the name of James. Not sure who "Tanner" is and I can say that all three staff have worked here for 6 years each and are on first name terms with all our landlords and tenants. Our fees are probably the most competitive in Tamworth and all previous reviews have highlighted good service. I wonder if you have perhaps got the wrong agent? ...

As a landlord I'd always like lower fees but I feel what I pay is fair for the level of service and what might happen if I have a problem, as I know Andy and Antoinette would sort things with no issues. Gives peace of mind.
