1st Capital Homes is a good agency.
The rental flat we were living in east London was bought by a new investor, thereby we became the client of 1stCapital Homes. Transition phase was really smooth. Mr. Rimon visited us personally, explained us about the owner change and coordinated all the related activities.
They were prompt and quick in redressing the complaints. There was few incidents I would like to mention here to highlight our experience. Every stage of complaint resolution process, Sumona was coordinating meticulously.
On an Easter Friday morning we had noticed that the power supply to our boiler went off and there was no hot water supply in our flat. Despite being a long weekend, Mr. Rimon was personally chasing up the vendors, coordinating with us the whole day, trying to arrange for a plumber/electrician visit on an urgent basis.
We will be glad to recommend 1st Capital Homes to any prospective tenants and home owners. Best wishes to the team

I lived in 15 Indescon Square flat 203 for 3 years between 2015-2018. The flat itself was in excellent condition and the team at 1st Capital Homes was extremley helpful when it came to flat maintenance and other forms of assistance. During our time whenever there was a problem the team was extremley responsive and eager to help where they could.
