Hi lived in Stepney Green for a year! The flats are nice but a little bit expensive when you see the service basically is having someone that receives your parcels (but they don't come to your door, so if you actually at home, you will get the parcel later), the story of having the landlord as your bob is fake, when I had a problem, after 2 weeks of asking for any update the answer I got was I send an email, I'm waiting for a reply! Well, I can send an email too.... so it's not like if they have any power! The worst part without a doubt was having a visit of both Fizzy workers in the flat a few days of me moving out and being informed, yes, it's all good you just need to paint this and that! I did! The flat was left in perfect conditions but in the end they took more than half of my deposit! One of the things that they charge me was the router, now on the day I was leaving there was 5 people connected to it without any problem, but apparently it was damage beyond fixing......
