Being a tenant can be stressful. However, there is no stress when you are a tenant with Lakin and Co. Chris and the team are always helpful, and if there is the slightest problem, they are effective and professional in finding solutions that also take into account your circumstances. When major problems happens, like water leakage, there is a focus not only on getting the problem solved, but also on you as a person. Both Chris and Debbie are on the phone and email keeping you informed about the developments. I highly recommend Chris and the team to every prospective tenant, buyer or landlord, I cannot fault any of their services.
