This branch has very poor communication to tenants. The staffs are polite but not prioritize and keep their customers well informed. Every processes I have been through were super slow. Now II am waiting patiently for getting my deposit back for more than 2 weeks without any updates from staff member at all. Need so much improvement. Not satisfied by their services.
