Flat infested with bugs, on off leak for six months, buzzer doesnt work, no service, everyone on holiday or in meeting, actively lie, £5,000 of damage, fix nothing but the cheepest tasks. Neighbours murdered someone, still live here. Pidegons in cupboards, claim landlord is penniless, when company owns the property. Fraudsters.

Hi, I am a tenant in of of the properties 'managed' by Castle. We've been notifying them with the same repair requests for almost a while year now with not much progress so can assure you they are not doing anything correctly.
