Hi, I am a tenant in of of the properties 'managed' by Castle. We've been notifying them with the same repair requests for almost a while year now with not much progress so can assure you they are not doing anything correctly. We have documentation all communication with them over the last year and are now seeking legal advice and looking to raise action through the first tier tribunal.
