Having recently completed a property sale through Haart at Witham and unfortunately feel very let down by this agent. From the outset we really found them very unhelpful and certainly evasive when it came to questioning both marketing our property and the procedures they adopted on securing a sale were very poor.
Over the years we have used a number of various agents to market property and even though Haart were recommended by a colleague i would not be able to recommend to anyone. The key factors which were of a real issue were the selling techniques deployed and the advertising was very poor , considering the very high agents fees this was even more disappointing . The sale of the house was really pressurised and not what i would expect from a professional estate agent. I would recommend to anyone in the area to look at the other smaller agents first before you even approach this company , certainly regret not doing so myself
