Absolutely appalling service to us as potential tenants. Dealt with four or five different staff and none were ever able to deal with the simplest of questions about particular properties or even their own fees. Shown round a property that was clearly not ready to let covered in mildew and nobody had any understanding of what was required to sort it. Lost count of the times they said, Oh I don't know...I'll have to get back to you on that. Thankfully the process of completing the application in the office made us see they were truly and utterly incompetent so we didn't part with any money and backed out the next day. Just as well as it turns out the necessary work wouldn't have been done in time for our removal vans like they promised foolishly.
Comment on agent fees
Terribly high. Higher than prestigious Bath agents. £100 guarantor fee, double fees for two people (even if they are a couple). Online it says £700 applicant renewal fee which though clearly a mistake, the staff member thought was the actual amount you would pay after 6 months to renew your tenancy.

Totally agree Peter, I was looking for the option to rate as zero.
There are other agents in Thornton-Cleveleys and I will nit look at another property being sold by this firm. Think they would ask my inside leg measurement too and what I had to eat last night if they could. ...

Don’t let another week go by. Be proactive: if you can’t find the details of the party and their solicitor yourself, to establish the communication then go stand in the office and scream like a stick pig until the agents sort it. You’re whistling into the wind just phoning them in my experience.
