After a difficult and painful long term engagement with a previous agency, Lakin & Co was recommended by my neighbour. I've been very impressed since our first meeting with their straight talking and facts based on local experience and knowledge. Proactive on advising the minimum necessary before and after refurbishing the apartment and was very happy to learn that my 20 questions were all covered in their comprehensive terms of business. Where other agencies were promising to take corrective actions, Lakin & Co already incorporated the actions as part of their business as usual. Special thanks to James and Mitchell for their patience, dedication, expertise and support. Very surprised that it only took 3 days to find a tenant after publishing the apartment for rent.
