I'm not one for bothering with reviews but I feel people need to be warned to avoid using this company. The service we received with the move in to our flat was shockingly bad, not once did we receive an apology as the agents made a mistake resulting in our move in date being changed and causing myself and my flatmate major inconvenience. Girls on the phone couldn't seem less interested if they tried, sounded belittling and even started to get cheeky back and tried to blame us for an issue they had caused, indicating we were lying about things when we have emails to prove our case. We tried to solve the issue ourselves (a job they should have at least helped us with rather than making it harder for us) and got all relevant info to them in time to pick our keys up they still wouldn't let us sign the lease and pick them up as they told us the flat is yet to be cleaned despite having weeks to clean it. Have to give credit for the speedy and hassle free process of them taking our money, that was a breeze! We're now in a position where we have a flat (told us it was cleaned before entry, truth is it hadn't even been hoovered and none of the things we had requested had been done) and any requests will unfortunately have to go through this company which I dread the thought of. I personally hate complaining but I feel this is necessary. As customers of this company this is by far the worst customer service I've received in my life. If you have yet to pay a deposit for a flat with this company or are considering moving in to a flat under them, DONT:)
