It has been a very positive experience for us. Really lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff who did try to balance a good tenancy deal for both parties, the landlord and us as tenants. Nice and easy process. Sophie Yeates was our first point of contact while we are searching and negotiating on the property and it was a pleasure to deal with her.
As the property is managed, once we moved into it we've been passed to the professional hands of Lee Porter from the property management team. Since then we've been enjoying faultless and amazing service. Very quick to respond, friendly and positive.
Being a young family with the child, the house safety is very important to us. Lee put her every effort to make sure we are happy with it. Overall, great experience! We would definitely recommend Dexters letting services based on our experience so far!

Yes, I have also aggressively been threatened with genuine homelessness because of DEXTERS RICHMOND. No empathy, no humanity, no interest in anything other than kicking you out for their own commission. Absolutely disgusting.
