Avoid. Pressure you into seeing their own broker to get onto a 'favoured list' which is appalling. I appreciate offers need to be verified however it just takes a call to my own broker. I was advised if I saw their broker I could increase my budget, which is a very irresponsible suggestion.
I was also asked if I am moving on my own, because then surely if the house is on the small size it doesn't matter (which is not for an agent to determine). Having phoned around and spoken to residents in locations I am exploring, A&H do not have a good reputation.

Disgraceful behaviour. Currently living in a house which i am renting off my friend, was told initially that we would be called a couple of days in advance to a viewing. Happend twice.
