I really wish I had read this site before renting through this agency. horrendous experience and I can only echo the comments about nastiness and a complete change once in the property. Morna Petrano as the business owner with her name quite literally over the door was horrendous to deal with - couldn't get a word in edgeways, rude, told lies, shouted at my flatmate when answered my phone instead of me (1.I was in the shower and 2. its my phone so not for her to get angry if its the other tenant who is still her client...!!) stated was never told things when had been told directly both in person and over the phone, and would not listen at all. impossible to deal with - if you unlike us read this before an interaction - avoid at all costs. Letting flats in Aberdeen must be tough right now and as a business owner that must be really hard - but surely thats a reason to ensure you offer good service not to cause delays and cost money to landlords as we wanted to stay for a lot longer AND turn tenants off completely so they move out as soon as they possibly can. Awful awful business - usually you would ask to speak to a manager or owner but in this case she was the worst - the other two ladies are nice and at least want to help but not allowed to and even had the telephone taken off them when we were speaking to them - avoid at all costs.
