We booked a valuation with Dart & Partners. They were punctual and well prepared. They were quick to identify all of the positive aspects of the property. We were so impressed with the valuation process, the suggested figure for marketing and the evidence they backed it up with, together with their enthusiasm about our lovely house that we chose not to get any other agents to value it and to list it on the market with them.
In no time at all our EPC had been sorted by Andy, property details had been drafted and team members had familiarised themselves with our property ready for viewings which happened just a few days later.
The whole process from valuation to an offer being accepted by us took around two weeks.
Ashley carried out the viewings and was very helpful with his local knowledge having been brought up in the village.
Valerie kept us up to date with everything every step of the way and negotiated with our purchaser who had been searching for his ideal property for some time but was from outside the area and didn't have the time to view properties which would be unsuitable.
Jodie took the photographs which were shown online and in the brochure - they were so professional that we thought she must have had a previous career as a photographer.
We highly recommend Dart & Partners.
