We are very unhappy with these agents. The agency fee is too expensive and it does not include any services, so you just pay £500 for nothing. They even got the postcode of the property wrong on the contract and we had to ask them to correct it. Also, we were asking for an inventory, they sent it to us only after we asked 6 times, and when I checked the contract, they had written there that the inventory will be regarded as a true record, even if we do not sign and return it, within 7 days from the day we moved in. On the day that we were moving in, we asked for someone to meet us at the flat, to show us the bin room, bike room facilities etc, and they denied, so we had to go to their offices, where they gave us the keys. When we asked if there were any access codes for the bike room and bin room they said there weren't any and when we moved in we found out that there were but we didn't have them. We emailed them to ask and never received a reply back.. Very poor services and too expensive for nothing.
