I couldn't recommend highly enough!!! The service I received from fox & sons Hastings was unparalleled, after being on the market with other agents for 6 months fox & sons assured me it wasn't my house that was the problem but the marketing I was currently getting. I decided to give them a go and I was blown away by the difference, photos looked amazing, their digital marketing strategy worked a treat, they have modern ideas for a modern market using proper pricing to reflect search criteria online to make sure people found my property.
Within the 1st two weeks I had more viewings than in previous 6 months and that all important offer came within a fraction of my asking price. Fox & sons knowledge of my buyer was also great they were financially pre qualified and had everything in place and we were able to move within 6 weeks.
Thank you to all the staff in the Hastings office, they were all courteous, professional and there to help at every stage of the process.

Very competitive rates with great marketing packages available. Not the cheapest agent but I definitely feel they was worth every penny.
