If you want to be treated as a respected customer,
Who would want to use Roger Pratt again letting ,
Word of warning don't use unless you really want the house and it's not on with another agent.
The administration staff have no formal customer service training, and I would describe them as second hand car dealers, desperate to get the deal on the table, then drop you like a stone. They lie about your accountant getting back to them, saying they haven't when they have they blame the tenant reference agency , or they blame each other in the office a complete farce. They sell your contact details onto internet services who bombard you with calls. They make you sign the tenancy agreement saying you wil sign up to spark energy for your utilities, Apparently a very bad company named by watch dog. Roger Pratt, Pratt awful awful company avoid at your peril.
