I have dealt with many estate agents in the past, most of whom are average at best, some entirely shocking, but none who I thought I would go out of my way to write a positive review about...until now. I can unequivocally say that the VE team at Bexley are serious about meeting their clients' requirements, and do so to a very high standard. From the day of the viewing to the day of completion they have been extremely accessible and helpful. I have had bad experiences in the past where agents are either uninterested or border line negligent, despite there being little anybody can do about negligent estate agents! However, with VE, that has never been the case. It is therefore with greatest gratitude for everything they have done throughout this occasionally stressful process of house buying. I hope, and am sure, others will feel the same as I do when instructing Village Estates.

It is said estate agents work fully for the seller but this group maintains a real careful level of impartiality and do operate very well for both buyer and seller making the process fair and transparent. We have completed and cannot thank the Harry and the team and village estates enough for their professionalism and conduct throughout. Will be recommending all friends and family to them!

A great service. We were not originally thinking of selling, but wanted an assessment of the value of the property and our plans to extend. Jack was great - very honest and knowledgeable about the market and property ceilings. Once we decided to list, he was excellent in communicating and explaining the process/timelines. We asked questions beyond our sale as he had established a very high level of trust. The sale price secured was higher than expected. We asked Jack numerous questions regarding our purchase and he was incredibly generous with his time and wise words. Our purchase was far from simple and that impacted our sale. Jack kept everything calm and on track. Once the paperwork was finally agreed we worked with Ian who saw us over the line. What can be a tremendously stressful experience was very well managed.

We sold our house through Village Estates and the whole process was excellent. They sold our house within a week for the price we were hoping to achieve and are a pleasure to deal with.
