Disgusted with the Strood branch . I have never had such a awful experience with an estate agents before...
It started off all ok, had a open house booked in for the 2nd week of the house being on the market..we hear nothing back from Ashley or Abi. We call the office to try and obtain some feedback after the 5 viewings. Nothing.. they either don't answer or say they will call us back, nothing. When they eventually get back to us a week later, they suggest doing another open house and reducing the price , still with no feedback, we agree to give it ago... two weeks later its the open house and we have heard nothing despite trying to call to find out if there are any bookings. We then receive and Email from Ashley at 7 o'clock the evening before , confirming the weekends bookings. The open house takes place and then they say someone might want to view at 2oclock as well but never confirm anything and said they will get back to us, they never got back to us and the family turned up anyway at the house anyway!

Lastly, the worst of all, They told us we had a viewing booked in for 10 o'clock this Sunday easter morning, which we had already said no to but sent us an email confirmation to say its going ahead ? So we had to cancle our plans for family to stay over and have a day here last minute ... then no one even turns up. no estate agent... no person to view the house.. and no phone call. This is appalling customer service and awful communication !! I would not recommend.

Exactly the same experience over the past three years with Ward & Partners for us. As sole agents selling our house in Hythe, Kent in 2015' they misled, confused and delayed potential viewers due to very poor communication and rude attitude. As buyers we decided against proceeding due to Wards in Ashford lying and trying to play buyers against each other without notifying their vendor, eventually leading to the vendor moving to another agent and formally complaining. Unfortunately again at the start of this summer we were invited to view an open house, the vendor was out all day, no agent at property, no reply to our voicemails or emails. Visited this house a day later and the vendor thought this was arranged for the following weekend. We viewed and put in an offer, Wards said the vendor rejected as they had a higher offer, phoned the vendor they denied any previous offers and have since taken their property off the market and going with purplebricks, on our recommendation.
This is an extremely aggressive and amateur company in an unregulated industry, soon to be a thing of the past. Our advice is purplebricks or housesimple, your in control of all these issues whether buying or selling, fast and wide advertising, low cost, honest employee,s and cost effective.

Notice agents only respond to positive comments!!! Totally unacceptable service from Ward and Partners, lies and deceit from the outset. My son sold a property and the disgusting way I heard them speak to my daughter in law on numerous occasions means I am selling my property thorough a different agent and will not buy through them either... reducing her to tears and making her feel irrational and totally rude and without any empathy.
