Terrible company - been waiting over7 months for repairs, my living room floor is literally caving in, shower with no hot water, damp everywhere to point window sills have a 1" gap in due to rotting, plaster just falling off walls.
They've lied to me on numerous occasions and even threatened that they wont do the repairs if I don't reply to their email (I do 10hr shifts) - discrace

Absolutely appalling service from these for the last 8 month of being pregnant telling them every week we need the damp room sorting out but nothing gets done and just fobbed off every week with someone else from the firm saying “someone will be down within the next few days” for no one to ever turn up, lost wages and days off at work for nobody to come and even take a look at the bedroom, a month away from having a baby now and still nothing but rent price still wants to go up? Absolutely ridiculous, no respect for their clients what so ever if you ask me.

They let a house next door to me, it has drug takers, drunks, people who have just come out of jail, I’ve rang them telling them I’ve had problems with the lads who live there & there just not interested, this company isn’t bothered who they rent to & there not bothered about people in that area of that property, 1 star is too good !!

Worst experience ever with this so called real estate company. So unprofessional I could write so much but in a few words waste of time.
Weeks of making appointments no cancellation calls or emails they simply just don’t turn up, they don’t return phone calls, false advertising! Each agent hasn’t got a clue what’s going on you receive different excuses from each agent, I’d stay well clear cowboys is an understatement

The house I was buying was up with castle dwelling and for my first house they were amazing. I couldn't have gone through all of this without the support of Kim, she was so helpful with everything I asked, even if it was around information about how a mortgage works. As a first time buyer I couldn't have got this house without the support Kim provided, she was amazing, always updating me. I had a mortgage advisor but they didn't compare to how castle sweeping treat me. If I come to buy another house I would definitely look at one up with castle dwellings.

May 27, 2019Not happy with Castle Dwellings at all. There was not communication between landlord and agency and there was always trouble with this. No response or sometimes adequate response on your queries (if you ring agency regarding some issue they say they don't know") I had to wait for boiler engeeneer 3 months. Agency agreed to end the contract earlier because of domestic issues than they did not agreed this to council tax in Wakefield and I have to pay the rest 3 months although I don't live there anymore. I wouldn't recommend them. 0 stars overall.
