Jacksons found us a tenant before my flat was even listed on their website, they had someone ready and waiting and looking in my area. As such I had a full rent offer from them within a week and as tenants they couldn't have been any less trouble...very pleased.

Jackson is more expensive than other agents in the area. They do not provide "find tenants only" service, but "collecting rent", which is not what quite I needed. However, I went with them as I like Abbe's work ethic.

Agents fees are not cheap (however they are in line with other agents in the area) however we have found that they are more then capable at being proactive and able in managing the property. Which is why we chose them to manage the property.
