i live in a flat which is handled by this agent. i had a property issue and they said they will sort it out in few days but they didn't. it takes more than one , still calling the staff and they says they didn't get confirmation from the landlord . ;lan d lord is waiting form the cheapest quotation .

Couldn’t of found a better estate agent. Rebecca was excellent all the way through the sale of our house. Kept us up to date every week. Also looked after me whilst my husband was in hospital. Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend them to anyone

Very impressed. House went under offer within a few days and they kept on top of everything and ensured everything was moving as it should every step of the way. We had to do very little. Thank you to Rebecca (and team) who helped to make this a stress free process. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The staff at Marshal Vizard are unscrupulous... They asked us to part with a 3k deposit with the promise of a contract being signed 4 days later! They insisted on repainting a room at short notice - completing work to a devastatingly poor standard. But worst of all is their attitude tiwards the tenant - they use the word 'landlord' with god-like status... So patronising! I remember too a neighbour thought we had a dog and reported us to the agent... The agent immediately ordered us to get rid of the dog, before even asking if we had one! This despite regular checks when the flat was in immaculate condition (and no dog in residence!).

Worst estate agent in the town. We were very good tenants for nearly 8 yrs but they selfishly used us to get the work done and at the end of the tenancy we lost all of our deposit. Neil is very cocky and very cunning,Angela is very rude.and never stands for the tenants .stay away from Marshall vizard, I wouldn't recommend them to ,even, my worst enemy.

Used this company to sell my flat, very professional they got lots of people through the door for viewings with a few big offers . Unfortunately had to take it off the market but would definitely use them again . Sophie was a breath of fresh air always smiling and done a great job .

They are not at all professional and qualified to do this job. I have had 2 worst experiences with them in 2 weeks time. They are not at all professional and qualified to do this job. I have had 2 worst experiences with them in 2 weeks time. After sharing all my details, successfully completing the reference checks and paying the deposit, they denied to go ahead with the tenancy agreement at the very last minute stating some weird reasons. As a consequence me and my family was left in a very critical situation and lost my crucial time and effort. Totally unethical as they not keen to keep a communication with me and i have no idea on the fee of £460 paid to them

No problems during the tenancy, any issues were usually dealt with. The flat was managed well with regular unintrusive visits with plenty of warning. I have to say, though, that Angela was rude and unhelpful at every opportunity. She seemed annoyed about being contacted when we had issues, and unwilling to help, and she often hung up phone calls before I had even finished speaking. She gave inaccurate information, and refused to rectify her mistakes or take any responsibility for the costs we incurred because of them. We were responsible, considerate tenants, yet she treated us with disdain, although everyone else in the company has always been warm and accommodating.

We went through TDS and got back almost all of our deposit (so clearly we shouldn't have just given it up) - when Neil would have had us lose it all. He works with second rate landlords and only cares about the money. Know that he will disappear when you actually need him. During Neil showing around prospective tenants when we had handed in notice, he had a go at us on the phone when we had stated we'd rather be in when they came. After bullying us into agreeing to let him do viewing when we weren't around, he left our door unlocked! Brilliant work Marshall Vizard. Do not use this agent!

I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff at Marshall Vizard behaved when it came to dealing with my tenancy. My polite requests for repairs were repeatedly ignored. At one point I had water from the flat above streaming in to my bathroom which was left for over three weeks. We had unuseable bath taps for over 2 months and a bathroom full of disgusting mould due to the leak in the flat above. I moved out in the end, but still lost some of my deposit due to the mould stains in the bathroom. The people I spoke to were really rude when you have a problem, but are ever so polite when they take your cash deposit. I strongly recommend that no one uses this company.

Marshall Vizard is an excellent agency.
I've heard million stories from people saying how bad their estate agent was, but it never happened to me while with Marshall Vizard. First of all, they have a much lower charge for their services. Second, they always helped us quickly both with little fixings and in case of emergencies (thanks to Angela)
Would stay with them longer, but had to move to different area to be closer to work.
