This agent has habit of using a very low guide price on Rightmove when the real price that the vendor will accept is over £50,000 higher. When challenged about this, the manager, Nicola, blamed Rightmove. She then tried to get us to put an offer in on another property, and then got her financial person to call us, despite us having said that we are organized!
Very unprofessional. They are basically lying about house prices as a marketing strategy, and when challenged, admitted this with no shame.
