Absolutely shocking behaviour from them. I had viewed two property’s (which both didn’t end up suited for us) they claim they can’t keep showing property’s they haven’t got the time even though that is there job! The lady on the phone was rude and didn’t want to hear anything of what i had to say just kept saying “hm”. Absolutely awful. She also said i hadn’t got back to them about the first house i viewed but i have in writing i did in fact let them know we wouldn’t be going ahead with this property, in which i also had a reply! They have said they will be ignoring any enquiry i now make just because i haven’t had time to get back to them yet about a property i saw only 3 days ago!!!

Prompt communications, clear information, reassurance and patience go a long way to make it all happen. We have had a very positive experience with the team at Dunhill's . At all times we were treated courtesy and with respect. We had support throughout the experience. We had been selling our late fathers house so a very sad time for all involved. John and Kelly were there for us offering support and advice. Very easy transaction and no problems. Worst estate agent in the world. Awful, awful customer service. The bad reviews here are so true, they are very nice until you become a tenant with them. From thereon they treat you like something found that a dog did on the pavement. I don't believe the good reviews. Look at the pattern, they seem to spring up every time someone reviews them poorly. *

We had tried selling our house for about a year and a half before we went on the market with Dunhill Property Management. We tried many agents, some online agencies and some well known on the high street estate agents, we were about to give up when we thought we would give it one last attempt with Dunhill, who came recommended to us. I have to say we were not disappointed. John was brilliant the whole way, from start to finish. It is a stressful time no doubt about it, but John did his best to keep us informed the entire journey. I have to say, that even though it was stressful at times John did an amazing job and isn't in your face all the time and provides constructive guidance along the way. We sold our house with John at Dunhill and we are very very happy. Thanks John, for all your hard work along the way.

Our family purchased a retirement home in Bishops Waltham for elderly relatives.
On the death of the last of the two relatives in 2009, we tried to sell the property. However, prices were very depressed at that time. After disappointments using other estate agents, we engaged Dunhill who were extremely helpful in advising us on the state of the market and on renting the property. They successfully found a tenant for us and managed the let effectively. Their administration was good throughout this process and they were both knowledgeable and helpful in our periodic reviews of whether to again attempt to sell the property and whether and how much to increase the rent. When the original tenant left, they were effective in finding a replacement.
In consultation with Dunhill, we decided to sell the property in 2016 when prices for this type of property had significantly improved. Dunhill were efficient in helping us to terminate the lease, to assess the costs of making good the property and in pitching the asking price. They found us a buyer quickly and at the right price.
Overall, we were very satisfied with Dunhill's advice and services over this extensive period, both as regards renting and selling a property. We are pleased to recommend them.

We have been customers of Dunhill Property Management for 14 years, first as landlords and latterly as sellers. I cannot recommend Dunhill highly enough.
In particular we have appreciated the personal attention to our requirements and being able to build up a professional but friendly relationship with the staff.
When letting we could rely without question on John to find us good quality tenants, and any odd jobs that needed doing in the house were fixed quickly, professionally and efficiently.
Just yesterday we completed the sale of our property, and Phil managed this process for us, stepping in to solve the little glitches that arise and enabling us to have confidence that all would go smoothly even though we were living abroad at the time. He went above and beyond what one would usually expect of an estate agent, and we are delighted with the service provided.

Fees were in line with what we were expecting apart from an additional fee for having a pet.

We moved into a lovely property in Swanmore in December 2016 thanks to the folks at Dunhill. They made every part of the process simple and we couldn't be happier.
Since we moved in, on the couple of occasions we've had to contact them with requests for the landlord (relating to keys, decoration etc), their response has been swift and positive. We also had a plumbing query when the gas boiler was being inspected for safety and it was fixed there and then. Quite a contrast from our last place.
In addition, all the paperwork has been thorough and professional.
We've dealt with Phil, Kelly and John, all of whom have been extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.

Worst estate agent in the world. Awful, awful customer service. The bad reviews here are so true, they are very nice until you become a tenant with them. Worst estate agent in the world. Awful, awful customer service. The bad reviews here are so true, they are very nice until you become a tenant with them. From thereon they treat you like something found that a dog did on the pavement. I don't believe the good reviews. Nothing is to much trouble.

Dunhill Property Management (Bishops Waltham) has provided management services for my rental property for a number of years. Throughout this time John and his team have been highly professional in undertaking the difficult task of balancing landlord and tenant requirements and expectations. All of the interactions I have had with Dunhill have been professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the quality of service John provides me as a landlord and the tenants renting my property. Whenever there are problems John reacts quickly and works hard to ensure quick resolution that is acceptable to me as a landlord and my tenants. I can absolutely recommend Dunhill Property Management (Bishops Waltham) to other landlords and believe John and his team are professional, helpful and very fair when representing tenants.
