Do not trust the words from the staff and manager at this estate agents. We have lost our chain twice due to their lies. If you have any dealings with them I suggest you check everything they do. One mistake you can almost understand although it was large but twice is disgusting. The manager is the worst ever.

Totally unacceptable service from Ward and Partners, lies and deceit from the outset. My son sold a property and the disgusting way I heard them speak to my daughter in law on numerous occasions means I am selling my property thorough a different agent and will not buy through them either... reducing her to tears and making her feel irrational and totally rude and without any empathy. Exactly the same experience over the past three years with Ward & Partners for us. As sole agents selling our house in Hythe, Kent in 2015' they misled, confused and delayed potential viewers due to very poor communication and rude attitude.
