I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Really efficient team. Sean and Natasha has helped me a lot from the moment I showed interest in the property. I could move into my lovely new flat within 3 days. I can highly recommend the team and the agent.Thanks again :)

Incredibly poor and unprofessional. After acknowledging that there was a problem with our boiler, they arranged a plumber to come and fix it. However, they said that they were unable to meet the plumber without me incurring a call-out charge. Having had to take a day off work to meet the plumber, it emerges that they hadn't booked him at all and there was a 'miscommunication'. One week without hot water and paying £550pm - unacceptable and totally unprofessional! ...
