What a bunch of cowboys, thiefs and fantasists.
Changed the goal post and STOLE our float money and our decorating fund money after we binned them. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE !

Poor and unresponsive management over several years. Deliberately awkward and evasive over transfer to other factors. 6 weeks after hand over, no statement of accounts. A dreadful service.

Horrific experience starting with very high fees. Ongoing issues trying to terminate contract which they are not interested in accpeting. The lack of response when trying to resolve and move on is complete unprofessional...for a large organisation they operate very poorly.

Estate is trying to dismiss Peverel mainly due to high cost. The majority of owners who voted to dismiss factor at 2 meetings gave notice. It took 2 months for Richard Orr to tell us notice did not meet t & c. And a further month for him to supply ballot papers giving us a further few weeks to return papers and it's now 2 weeks past that date.. Latest is that not enough papers have been returned therefore invalid. Needless to say, the owners who didn't return ballot are the ones not bothered either way. Perhaps if stamped addressed envelopes to be enclosed for return as stated by Mr. Orr were sent, there might have been better response. The agent is not abiding by majority vote that we know was returned.

I have tried to report several issues with Peverel Scotland which they have not responded. The general up keep of our site is very poor and intermittent. Their customer service and credit control department are appalling with an extremely arrogant attitude. I would never recommend this company.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have improved their service as requested over several years; they had ample opportunity. It must have been very evident to them that their customers were unhappy, but matters became worse, not better.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should go with majority of voters who cared about this estate to attend meetings. Another issue that angered some of us was over £600 spent on shrubs for common areas. Kirsty evaded repeated requests as to where this planting was to take place by continually stating \"common areas\" and eclosing site map highlighting these areas. In the event, only planting done was areas enclosed with 2 blocks of flats and of no benefit to the houses.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Peverel Scotland could have listened to our complaints and dealt with them to a reasonable standard. The attitude that the residents have no option other than to pay is very disappointing.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
