I used Northwood to sell my house. Katie was very pleasant and valued my property. Katie did not use the dynamic sales approach and is much more subtle but is very realistic, she did not make promises she couldn't keep, unlike some other agents I saw. Northwood was the only agent I used and my house sold to the first person who viewed my house. It was a very smooth process and quite relaxed.
