Really disappointed with the service received from Alan De Maid when Buying our property. They were rude and did not respond to our emails or take our requests into consideration, ie completion date. They created a lot of tension and stress (from both us and Seller) and blamed us for delays in the process etc. They were disorganised and did not have the keys ready for us
