These guys are lovely until the point where hard work and perseverance is needed, then they will lie through their teeth and string you along for months and months without actually doing any real work. We purchased a property through these guys in early 2016 and in each of maybe 30 phonecalls, we were told that the paperwork is being sent over "right now", "this morning", or "first thing tomorrow", which it very rarely was. They are great at talking, but not a lot else. Avoid at all costs.

Another note, the "featured reviews" on this site need paying for. I am sceptical they are real people, because why would anyone other than a company pay to have their review seen? And all of them are 5 stars. And half of them were posted ON THE SAME DAY.

(David, the mortgage advisor, was admittedly fantastic).
