Avoid this agency at all cost. They took over six weeks to carry out minor repairs, on a rental property at £425 PCM.The bathroom required a new shower door so the contractor glued the old door unevenly to the bath. The contractor came out 4 times to repair a cupboard it is still faulty. The break down of a boiler meaning no heating or hot water is not regarded as an emergency with this agency who are only interested in collecting rent for greedy landlords. we were glad to recently terminate the lease with this agent the service is bloody awful there is no emergency contact number after hours. Overall an appalling experience be also aware that they may blame you for rubbish left outside by lazy neighbours.

SELLERS BEWARE!!!!
Awful customer service. They are not interested in selling. Rang to make an offer on a property they were not interested. I live abroad so can't view it- so they wont take my cash offer to purchase, which was put forward by my Company. Worst agent I've ever come across.
