Over many years, I have had previous contact with Richard / Phil in connection with previous attempts in conveyancing family home. For various reasons due to disabilities / complex issues, none went to completion and this was frustrating for me and my family. Throughout Richard / Phil demonstrated patience, understanding of problems involved and was consistently professional in all respects and spent time explaining things to me and my family, sometime many times over. Richard would only contact me if necessary and all instructions were clear and he made my role in this instance, very easy for me and straightforward. Thank you Richard / Phil.
