Give a wide berth. Originally got this agent around to look into selling my property. They* came round with typical haughty agent swagger, promising that with Taylors marketing and offices being in 276 offices in London that they would get my property sold no problem especially if I went ahead with with the £140 professional photos. He seemed to know his stuff and couldn't do more to help us on that initial meeting. That is where the customer service stopped. Once instructed to go live, (there was a point where I told them to hold back from listing for about a week or two) I was shocked to find that they did not have a floor plan listed. The glossy brochures came a month after listing which shows they were not marketing the property and when it did arrive it had the wrong price listed on it despite me notifying the branch when I received an email from the head office with the incorrect details on it the week before. When i told them to take the listing down they said it would take 48 hours. Even though other agents can update Rightmove instantly. Even till the listing is still current and it has been 48 hours. Total cowboys. Don't be taken in by these jobsworths. Tony couldn't manage a turd in a toilet let alone this branch of Taylors. Not one viewing by this branch. Their Kingston Branch managed one viewing. I instructed Elevation and even before it was put online they managed to get 3 viewings. Taylors excuse was that it was the price despite getting plenty of other interest and offers through another agents. It is called being proactive!! This agent doesn't know the meaning of the word. Taylors only saving grace are Andy Slough and Lauren Beaumont. I cannot really knock their work. They have been class and really need to leave the Taylors brand behind as it does not look good working for this in decline (wonder why) agent. The 82% 1 star reviews on this site about the Taylors franchise says it all really. Buyers and Sellers beware
