Don't waste any time with these guys. Appalling. I am a first time buyer, which is bad enough in London but to be subjected to the service here by Barnard Marcus Mitcham is quite an experience. Firstly our offer (perfectly reasonable considering it's your life savings) gets practically ignored, with junior sales negotiation techniques designed to get you to cough up more money because of 'another offer on the table'. Then you basically just get ignored as they continue to blatantly remarket the property to the highest bidder, shoddy paperwork. Inspiring ZERO confidence in parting with any cash.

As soon as you sign that 20 week contract they think that's there job done. Barnard Marcus Mitcham are useless, hopeless and a total waste of space would not recommend them to anybody to use. There are better agents out there willing to give you 100% commitments...

Totally agree USELESS agents. Never return your phone calls and if you ask to speak to somebody they are a either too busy out looking at property . Do not sign up all they want is your money ...
