This has to be one of the worlds most disappointing/let down estate agents ever! They have lied on many occasions to myself when it came down to open house and viewings. I had previous tenants with company and they forgot to inform my tenants of the pay increase! Which meant I lost out. They also allowed a fourth member to move in without my consent. They reassured me that with the next set of tenants I would receive a discount, which never happened!!! While they were looking for my next set of tenants they said they would do open house which never took place. They also lost my keys. They never informed me until a week later! When they finally sent a locksmith round a lady called Renelle came to my property and started taking selfies of her self on my bed! She then left me in the property for three hours avoiding my phone calls! I finally got through to her asking where my new set of keys were and she said she'll try and get them to me the following day! It took three days to get my new set of keys. When the manger came back who is called Yvette, she apologised, but never ever asked me once what had happened! I also needed new fobs for the main entrance and was told I'd be refunded within five working days! It took just under one month until I got my full refund! When ever you ring the office no matter what time of day it just so happens that any member of staff who you need to get hold of is in a meeting! I highly recommend you avoid this estate agent as they haven't a clue!!!! The good news is I went with another agent and my propert was off the market within three days and had a pay increase of £400 more than what Bernard Marcus could offer!!!

Ahhh Klaudia! Yes exactly the same experience with her. Was left out in the cold & had organised with family to come and view property on the weekend, so 3 of us all let down.
