I have recently sold my property through Barnard Marcus Clapham to my regret I didn't have Barnard Marcus out to value it at the start and I initially did instruct another agent. this other agent didn't perform at all and didn't manage to conduct any viewings. Jack from Barnard Marcus proactively door knocked my property and discussed with me how they do things differently to other agents. I instructed them and within 2 weeks I had an asking price offer. I will be recommending them to all my friends as this agency has a lot to offer and they are hungry to succeed.

Compared with other agencies Benard Marcus charge almost double for referencing and drawing up contracts, this is very high considering the contract is a standard document in which the basic details are changed. There was some negotiation with price but I ended up settling for the asking price anyway.
