Turners have sold 3 properties for me over the past few years the service I received each time has been 1st class. Rob always kept me informed throughout the selling process, giving feedback after each viewing. The last property I sold the sales market was very difficult yet they managed to get a large amount of viewings for an open day and an offer a day later. Excellent service & would 100% recommend Turners. I can't thank them enough!

We had a terrible experience with Turners. They took advantage of us by suggesting to deduct end of tenancy cleaning charges from our deposit. I highly recommend Turners Estate Agents. Rob Davies is a credit to his profession. Rob recently sold my property, which needed to be fully renovated and Rob knew exactly the right type of buyer.
Using his expertise and knowledge of the local area he was able to identify genuine buyers, securing a fantastic price, even though the market was quiet. Rob kept me informed at each stage of the sale, and I never had to chase for information, which was reassuring. When issues arose he was proactive and quick to resolve them to ensure the sale progressed. His calm and personable approach help to ease any stress, and he did not hesitate to go the extra mile to get the sale across the line. The whole team at Turners provided such a high standard of service from start to finish, they are definitely the only estate agent to choose in Morden!

I think that Rob from Turners should be awarded Estate agent of the Century !! he has been totally fab through the whole of what turned out to be a difficult sale . He made a difficult situation into a practical solution and when problems arose at the last minute he had a quick solution to it , his calm, warm, diplomatic manner was a great comfort when things got tricky with the other parties involved in the sale. I would totally recommend Turners to my friends and family. Turners service is second to none I would even go as far to say that they may have redeemed the reputation of the Estate agent . Turners should run a training school for how things should be done !

Robert showed us around the property, he had a very down to earth and personable nature. He gave us all the information we needed and time and space to discuss our thoughts. Robert also gave us a chance to view the property earlier than anticipated.
John was very professional, he clearly takes pride in enabling people to find their dream property. Each conversation was always personal to us, he walked us through costs and clauses in our tenancy agreements and deposits concisely and ensured we knew all we needed to know.
With any queries about the property he listened, understood and noted all. With mine and my partners peculiar rental position, we were very worried as to whether we were able to actual procure a property.
John helped us start our journey in Morden, and ensure paperwork was thoroughly filled out in a very short timescale, allowing us to move in promptly.
We look forward to the rest of our tenancy under John and his team.
