Astonishingly poor service from start to finish. They lied about the tenants' referencing, did nothing when the tenants didn't pay, then tried to steal the deposit. AVOID BARNARD MARCUS AT ALL COSTS!

As soon as you sign that 20 week contract they think that's there job done. Barnard Marcus Mitcham are useless, hopeless and a total waste of space would not recommend them to anybody to use. There are better agents out there willing to give you 100% commitments...

Totally agree USELESS agents. Never return your phone calls and if you ask to speak to somebody they are a either too busy out looking at property . Do not sign up all they want is your money ...
