They are totally irresponsible . I have been given a house for rent. It was fully dusty house. Kitchen tap is not working washingmashine is not working. But for one week they did do nothing. I feel they have good combination with land lords to cheat people.

‚£500 for "inconvenience" - of travelling to my property (5 minutes' drive) and putting the details on the internet, which I asked them not to do anyway. Yes, big rip-off.
