Absolutely dreadful service - they uploaded wrong details to Rightmove, no photos, refused to apologise, got us one viewing in a three month period and then Tom himself bullied us into a sale at a price that suited him and his client. Tom obviously is a shark and cares only for his commission - customer satisfaction is not one of his concerns at all - he is arrogant and a perfect example of how the estate agency profession has not changed its spots at all
What agent could do to change your mind?
Total change of attitude is needed - the only thing that distinguishes this agent from sharks is that sharks can breathe underwater
