My gosh where do I start from...... this company is bad. First we moved into our property 2yrs ago. We took over the property with a promise that some issues with the house would be fixed as soon as, The shed was full of mould and damp cannot be used to store items as they all get wet and mould , our conservatory falling apart letting cold in winter we needs 2x heater to be able to use it. The kitchen,bedroom floors got issues and many other things. They come every six months to take photos of the house and leave promising to tackle the problems we have with the house. We even repainted the house as it had cracks from the ceiling down to the wall and kitchen ceiling had water damage which we fixed at our cost. Which wasn't cheap. We pay the rent 750 per month 7 days in advance until one day they called to say we were behind with the rent. The month in question I took a screen shot and forwarded this to them and never heard from them again until 6 months later claiming the same thing. As I didn't want stress with them I told them I will pay for what they are saying is missing in installments which was 250 on top of the rent 750. One day they wrote an email stating the rent had gone up with 10 pounds and we agreed to that.we did a lot in the house repainting the fence paying for gutters to be cleaned 2x a year at a cost of 30 pounds anytime they cleaned. All this just to maintain the property. Then the hummer was August this year from nowhere a lady from the company appeared at the door wanting to take photos of the house no appointment had been arranged and we let her in. I mentioned the failed issues of the house and that the consavertry was getting moulds due to moist penetrating she even didn't give a damm on what I was saying she took the photos and left.days later we got a letter saying we should leave the house in 3months time. we like the area we are and my son has got his school and made friends here and we took this house at first coz it was a long term rental. Am very angry and dissatisfied with this letting agents. It's a shame coz I can't get through to the landlord as he lives abroad I wonder if he knows what is happening and what grounds he wants us to move out. We have withheld the rent for this month as the wash machine is leaking water and they aren't even replying to us. We all wear uniform in my house and I have to wash clothes every second day.my cousin does the washing for us as am tired of repairing this and that in the property . We are looking for a house at present. *VERY DISAPPOINTED. Dear landlords be very careful whom you dealing with and entrusting your property to especially if you living abroad. Sad sad sad.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I was refused a property 6 days after having filled out all necessary forms and paying them ‚£200 good faith deposit die to my income on my application form not being enough (even tgough they checked it on the day i paid!) they are now refusing to give me my money back so pocketed a nice little ‚£200 out of this (which is infact against the law). I am left woth no option but to pursue this matter with trading standards. Avoid them! Definately poor agents, there are much better more professional agents out there.
