I have just recently moved into a 2 bedroom flat and it was one my worst experience to date. I was assured prior to me moving in that the place will be thoroughly cleaned and that the master bedroom mattress will be changed. When I did moved in, the place was in a bad shape; there were soiled and filthy linens and pillows on the dirty mattresses., the whole place smelled of burnt cigarette, furniture were not properly arranged and other things as well. To make matters even worse is the fact that I got 2 sets of keys when it seems there were more than 2 tenants living here previously based on the mails. I have mentioned to the lettings company that my personal safety and security was in question. The fact that this property has no smoke detector is also worrisome. The list goes on........

Before moving in to this place, I heard that Taylors was a good letting agency. But, now, I have serious doubts. I only hope that they will do what is right for the tenants to maintain its good name.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could try treating you like fellow human beings at least, but preferably like a customer and display a modicum of gratitude that you have chosen to do business with them.

Taylors are very inaccurate with quotations initially, plucking figures out of the air and correcting later, rather than getting it right first time.
