Absolutely disgusted with this letting agency. Been harassed non stop when leaving a property, mostly given no notice of viewings and spoken rudely to on the phone by agency staff. Often only given 10 minutes notice for a viewing or simply been walked in on. Extremely unimpressed with how we have been treated, if I could have given less than 1 star I would have. When rang to ask why a viewing was late as we had to be present for viewing we were simply told it was cancelled, after waiting 30 minutes, and not to bother them anymore. Horrendous!
